As a Kennel Club Accredited Instructor in dog training and canine behaviour I am bound by the scheme's Code of Practice, giving you an assurance of my commitment to providing you with a good service.

The scheme has been developed by the Kennel Club, in consultation with hundreds of dog training and behaviour enthusiasts, a wealth of canine professionals, many course providers and related organisations.

The Code of Practice sets out standards for best practice in dog training methods and providing a professional service. It also provides a formal complaints procedure.

Complaints

If you have any concerns over any aspect of my service, please discuss with me as soon as possible. I will endevour to resolve the issue quickly, effectively and informally.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint, the Kennel Club will adjudicate.
